She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Perry Rowe and Nancy Elizabeth Rowe (Strickland); her former husband Basil Elmo Cason; her son-in-law Tim Protil; and her in-laws, Loretta Brown (Robert), R. Lee Rowe (Katie), Theo Rowe (Cathy), Leonard Rowe, Floyd Read, Cecil Echols, Jimmy Rowe and Ray Houston.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Lynn Heisdorffer (Cason); her son-in-law Shawn; her son Steven Glenn Cason; her daughter-in-law Stacy Dedinas; her stepchildren, Marion Lyle (David), Ronald Andrews (Donna) and Annette Protil (Andrews); her in-laws, Mary Rowe (McCulley), Romeo Rowe (Donna), Edith Rowe, Barbara Read (Rowe), Sue Echols (Rowe), Marjorie Rowe (Cape) and Shirley Huston (Rowe); her grandchildren, Kevin, Amanda, Jason, Lindsay, Emylee, Caleb and Joshua; and her great grandchildren, John David, Calla, Hunter, Waylon, Adeline, Piper Jane, Oak and Emma. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
While Elizabeth certainly loved gardening and flowers, it was her specific wish that donations be made to the Memorial Baptist Church – Educational Scholarship Fund, in lieu of flowers.
