He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Lee St. Clair and Diane Louise Taylor; his brother Allen Lee St. Clair; and his half-brother Nelson L. St. Clair, Jr.. He is survived by: his sister Tracy S. Cushman (Howard) of Port Republic; his half-sister Patsy Laird; his brothers, Kaleb Shadd St. Clair of Bristol and Lenson Lee St. Clair of Harrisonburg; and his stepfather Donnie E. Taylor of Elkton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
