He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Meek, Sr. and Mattie Meek (Gayhart); and his siblings, John F. Meek, Jr., Sylvia Boone, Stella Batten, Carolyn Craig and Deborah Meek.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenny Meek (Lisa) and Neal Meek; his granddaughters, Brianna and Tori Meek; and his siblings, Betty Jo Towler, Dora Ann Peery, R. M. Meek, David "Butch" Meek, Sr., Randy Meek Sr. and Lloyd Meek. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
