She was predeceased by: her husband Elmer O. Koogler; her parents, Bennett Franklin Gordon and Cora Gordon (Reid); and her son Steven R. Koogler. She is survived by: her sons, James Owen Koogler (Debbie) of Spottswood, Kenneth B. Koogler (Dana) of Maryville, TN and Christopher A. Koogler (Kelly) of Raphine; and her close friend Gerald "Bucky" Cummings.
