With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marvin E. Kelley (Staunton, Virginia), born in Stuarts Draft, Virginia, who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Maxwell and Mary Kelley (Dawson); and his wife Belle Kelley (Isabelle Christian). He is survived by: his daughter Hannah Kelley; his son-in-law Jeremy Martin; and his granddaughter Bella Martin. He is also survived by one brother, four sisters, and special nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grove Hill United Methodist Memorial Fund.
