He is survived by: his parents, Robert "Bob" Forry and Lucy Forry; his children, Olivia Forry (Jennifer) and Colton Forry; his siblings, Loretha Fortier (Richard), Robb Forry (Dawn), Melissa Wilcox (Larry), Eleanor, John, Joey and Amy; and his nieces and nephews, Robert, Paul Forry, Nicole Crews (Jeremy) and May Wilcox. He is also survived by his former wife and the mother of his children.
