She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Eugene "Bob" Shelton of Staunton; her parents, Richard Mansel White and Erma White (Perry); her son Charles Edward Baker, Jr.; her siblings, Richard M. White, II and Charlotte Greer; and her grandchildren, Emma Baker and Jammie Fridley.
She is survived by: her children, Patty A. Clevenger (Jerry) of Summerville, WV, Robert O. Shelton (Donna) of Roanoke, Richard "Mike" Shelton (Cheryl) of Churchville and Ryan Gene Shelton (Lisa) of Staunton; her sisters, Kathy Lane of Mount Lookout, WV and Sue Christian of West Chester, OH; her half-brother Richard Stedman; her grandchildren, Megan Shelton, Holly Shelton, Jake Shelton (Emma), Joe Shelton, Laurel Shelton, Patric Shelton, Jesse Folkenflik (Dave), Hannah Smith, John Pat Johnson, Jamie Ann Johnson and Jessica Fridley; her great grandchildren, Arriana, Hunter, Wesley, Viola, Zella, Eliza, Skylar and Colson; and her children, Tina Delahay, Timmy Byars and Terry Byars.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Coffman Funeral Home Chapel (230 Frontier Dr, Staunton, VA 24401).
