He was predeceased by: his former wife Judy Feaganes (Vest); and his granddaughter Julia Carter. He is survived by: his wife Sallie Ann Feaganes (Campbell); his children, James Feaganes (Robin) of Staunton, Michael Feaganes of Staunton, Patrick Feaganes of Greenville and Theresa Carter (Steve) of Stuarts Draft; his grandchildren, Kevin Feaganes (Makala), Ashley Viray (Angelo), Emily Carter, Jennifer Dean (Bud) and Dustin Feaganes (Randi); his great grandchildren, Graham Feaganes, Julianna Carter, Brantley Carter, Ryker Feaganes, Andre Viray, Luka Viray and Katie Ann Dean; and his niece Carrie Donald.
