He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Holley and Audrey Payne Holley; his siblings, James Holley (Buddy), Randy Holley, Harold Holley, Keith Holley, Virginia Leake, Susie Coiner and Ann Phillips; and the mother of his children Peggy Wright Holley.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy A. Holley; his children, Scott Holley (Jeanne) of Marietta, GA and Deborah Holley Clay (Paul) of Mechanicsville, VA; and his siblings, Everett Holley (Patsy) of Zion Crossroads, VA and Mary Holley Wills (Pete) of Gordonsville, VA.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
