He was predeceased by: his parents, Beryl Glenwood Neff, Sr. and Ethel Mae Neff (Bright); his siblings, Beryl Glenwood Neff, Jr. and Sharon McMillian; and his nephew Ernie McMillian, III.

He is survived by: his son Glenwood Neff (Tina Dean); his siblings, Danny Lee Neff and Karen Neff; his nieces and nephews, D. J. Neff, Beryl Neff, III, Lisa Harman and Katherine Ralston; his cousin Betty Wade; and his pet Cuddles.
