He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Leon Leitch, Sr. and Bertie Mae Burns (Drumheller); his stepmother Ada V. "Ginger" Leitch; and his brother Ralph Leon Leitch, Jr. (Vickie). He is survived by: his wife Anita Leitch (Wilkerson) of Staunton; his children, Megan R. Shaffer (Matthew) of Stuarts Draft and Blake D. Leitch of Staunton; his grandson Aiden Shaffer; and his sister Angela K. Bratton (David).
