Though Rejulia may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Swisher and Claudia Cox (Soutamyre); and her husband Robert Lee "Bob" Stover. She is survived by: her brothers, Donald Cox (Eleanor) of Verona and Gary Wayne Cox (JoAnne) of Florence, Arizona; and her close friend Robin Bender. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
