She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Anderson Ramsey and Doris Jean Smith Landes; her sister Janet Delores Ramsey Bowyer; her stepfather Harold Joseph Landes, Sr.; and her sister-in-law Brenda George Ramsey.

She is survived by: her son James Allen George, II; her daughter-in-law Tami Marie George; her brother Ronald "Ronnie" Lee Ramsey; her grandchildren, Heather Brooke George, Brittany George Floyd (Tim), Courtney George Cash (Justin), Tyler Joseph Nicholas George (Luisa) and Mackenzie Marie George; and her great grandchildren, Sayler Jean, David Joseph, Rowen Matthew and Charlee Olivet Cash.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Good News Ministries (18 Kerry Ln, Staunton, VA 24401). A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
