It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelly M. Kelley (Staunton, Virginia), who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Garrison. She is survived by: her children, Shella Ranelle Garber (Moran) and Edward Earl Moran (Debbie); her siblings, Sherman Garrison and Barbara Lee Garrison; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Brunner, Christopher Moore, Jonathan Garber, Justin Moran and Daniel Moran. She is also survived by great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
