She is survived by: her husband Charles "Puff" Puffenbarger of Staunton; her children, Mike Puffenbarger, David Puffenbarger, Kenny Puffenbarger and Crystall Miller; her grandchildren, Melissa Ailstock, Bryan Puffenbarger, Sarah Puffenbarger, Leah Puffenbarger, Kenny Puffenbarger Jr., Andrew Taylor, Amber Rardin and Justin Kyle; her great grandchildren, Rosie Ailstock, Abby White, Lily Puffenbarger, Emma Taylor and Brayden Taylor; her cousin Doug (Linda Griffin); and her close friends, Sandra Fisher and April Burke.
