She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Dorothy Skinner (Nosset); and her former husband Charles William Lowery. She is survived by: her husband David Shawn Tomlinson; her children, Charles "Dubbey" Lowery, II (Hope), Cole Tomlinson, Amanda Williams (Steve), Ashleigh Tomlinson (Brian) and Tammy Maxey (Jason); her grandchildren, Jareth, Cecil, Benjamin, Jacob, Scottie, Chad, Tristan, Kristina, Trip, Destiny, Mackenzie and Hazel; and her brother-in-law Terry Underwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Stella's memory to Shenandoah Valley Animal Services Center, 1001 Mt. Torrey Rd. Lyndhurst, VA 22952.
