He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lee "Bunny" Hall and Hilda Richardson (Hall). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Finch Hall; his son Mark S. Hall (Emily) of Charlottesville; his brother Douglas D. Hall (Karen) of Staunton; and his grandchildren, Madelyn and Mason Hall. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
