It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Breeden of Staunton, Virginia, who passed away on May 19, 2026, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Carson Breeden; her parents, Roy H. Harlow and Myrtle Bryant Harlow; and her sisters, Bernice Cochran, Judy Gentry, Patsy Marsh, Lilly Cochran and Bertha "Chubby" Harlow.
She is survived by: her children, Marty Breeden (Beverly) of Waynesboro and Marsha Mathias (Roger) of Waynesboro; her grandsons, Quentin Blackman and Max O'Hanlon; her siblings, Roy "Bobby" Harlow (Diana), Walter Harlow (Sherri), Wanda Roach (Andrew) and Nell Brooks (Tim); and her pets, Eli and Lulu.
