We bid farewell to Thelma S. Varner of Staunton, Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 1, 2025 at the age of 96. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Tucker and Ida Miller Sensabaugh; her husband William Oaklyn Varner; her stepchildren, Annette Lee Varner Wood and William Dale; her siblings, Russell Clemmer Sensabaugh, Katherine Sensabaugh Wagner and Howard F. Sensabaugh (Phyllis Fultz Sensabaugh); and her nephew-in-law Richard Baker.
She is survived by: her caregivers, Sandy, Steve Hall and Shirley Hall; her nephew Howard Fulton Sensabaugh, Jr. (Ann) of Richmond; her nieces, Sylvia Wagner Baker of Staunton and Kimberly Sensabaugh Schultz (Donald) of Virginia Beach; her great-niece Denise Roberts (James); her great-nephews, Dwight and Louis Schultz; her stepson C. Ray Varner of Reynoldsburg, Ohio.; Brian Wade (Rebecca), Brandy Southhard (Andy) and Deacon.
