He is survived by: his wife Carol Betlej Coyner; his sister Carol Keane (Bob); his siblings-in-law, Bill Betlej (Sharon) and Lyn Chafetz; his nieces and nephews, Simon Chafetz, Andrew P. Keane, Erin Betlej-Stockdale and Anna Betlej; his great-nephew Asher Chafetz; and his great-nieces, Allyson, Emily Keane, Sophia Betlej-Stockdale and Charlie Dunnivan.
