In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Timothy had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Timothy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Burness Carlton and Loretta Nadine Thomas Clemmer; his sister Ann Marie Clemmer; and his nephew Matthew Daniel Clemmer. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Carlton Clemmer (Helen) and Anita Kay Clemmer; his siblings' children, Joseph Thomas Clemmer (Jeremy Hinkle) and Rachel Kathleen Clemmer (Dustin Skillman); and his cousin Peggy Knowles. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Henry Funeral Home (1030 W Beverley St, Staunton, VA 24401). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the West Augusta Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Special Olympics (Attn: Web Gifts, 2600 Virginia Avenue NW, 11th Floor, Washington, DC 20037) or to the organization of your choice.
