He is survived by: his parent Elder Cecil Lewis Miller, Sr.; his siblings, Dwayne Miller of Stuarts Draft, Kelvin Miller (Jumelie) of Richmond, Cecil L. Miller, Jr. (Robin) of Waynesboro, David Stokes (Brenda) of Humble, TX and Monica Jones of Waynesboro; his godchildren, Tia Miller and Marcus McCourt; and his close friends, Celeste Gappa, Susan Hatcher, Richard McCabe, Robert Lafferty, Curtis Pugh and Eric "Big E" Lotts. He is also survived by seven nephews, six nieces, 10 great nieces, nine great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charlton and Groome Funeral Home (619 Lifecore Dr, Fishersville, VA 22939). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Christ Tabernacle Church of God (489 N Winchester Ave, Waynesboro, VA 22980).
