She is survived by: her children, Heather Wagner Sine (Steve Wagner) of Manassas, VA, Jeff Kerns (Donna) of Stephens City, VA, Christopher Kerns (Teresa) of Berkeley Springs, WV and Todd Kerns of Stephens City, VA; her grandchildren, Amber Adams (Brian) of Stephens City, VA, Brandy Kerns of Berkeley Springs, WV and Izzy Kerns of Stephens City, VA; her great grandchildren, Kyla and Kelsie Adams; her brother Philip Dutton Whitacre; and her half-sister Patty Landis.
