He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Ann Cork McLain; his children, Rodney McLain (Judy) of Weirton, WV, Steve McLain (Stacy) of Kinards, SC, Benna Brown (Bryan) of Weirton, WV and Jesse McLain of Stephens City, VA; and his sister Darla Garner (Terry) of Whitmire, SC..
A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post 10 (3140 Pennsylvania Ave, Weirton, WV 26062).
