He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Marshall and Mary Marshall; his wife Georgiana Marshall; and his brother George Marshall. He is survived by: his children, Mary Beth Marshall of Stephens City and Thomas Edward Marshall of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Tyler Nathaniel McIntire, Jeremy Edward McIntire, Randall Lee Baker, Christopher Charles Baker (Jessica), Lindsey Hope Thornley (Jonathan), Noah Thomas Marshall and Amber Brooke Locke; his great grandchildren, Austin Noah Thornley, McKenna Rose Marshall and Hadleigh Jean Rose Thornley; and his sister Betty Ann Proulx.
