He is survived by: his wife Clara Groveen; his sons, Jeff Neff (Shannon) and Todd Neff (Chrissy); his grandchildren, Brittany, Sean, Mikeal, Colleen, Jacob and Allison; his great grandchild Lilly; and his siblings, Libby Ramey and John Neff, Sr..
