He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Renner; his children, Kathy Cook (David), Patricia Wiest (Rick) and Gerald Brannon Jr. (Jackelyn); his grandchildren, Melissa Cook, Jayla Brannon, Isaac Brannon, Faith Wiest, Hayden Brannon, Hunter Wiest and Kaleb Brannon; his great grandchildren, Jessye Cameron and Finley Brannon; and his siblings, Betty Cochran (Bobby) and Earl "Chuck" Brannon Jr..
