She is survived by: her children, Linda Whitehead (Jim) of Knoxville, TN, Elizabeth Steven of Winchester, Mary Lock (John) of Stephens City, Joe Higgs, Jr. of Winchester and Ginger Higgs of Stephens City; and her siblings, Eugene Lee (Frances) of Winchester, Kenny Lee of Winchester and Marie Ruble of Winchester. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
