Shell (Debbie) of Ohio, Tammy Shell Henry (Michael Santmyers) of Middletown and Brenda Meadows of Front Royal; and her sisters, Patricia Savage and Cynthia Jennings. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
