He is survived by: his children, Robert Neal Jr. (Kimberly) of Charles Town, Darin Neal (Crystal) of Stephens City and Christina Neal-Burns of Charles Town; his siblings, Ray Neal (Cindy) of Richmond, Sam Neal (Peg) of Freeport, Maine and Nancy Webber; and his grandchildren, Amelia, Kyle, Sarah, Logan, Madison and Peyton.
