He was predeceased by: his parents, Chambers Greene and Margaret Greene; his wife Janet Lee Conner; his granddaughter Erin Greene; and his siblings-in-law, Twyman Greene and Barbara Greene.

He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Greene (Kim) and Steve Greene (Tara); his grandchildren, Ryan Greene (Frankie), Andrew Greene (Cecilia), Megan Greene (Brandon) and Madison Brill (Tony); his great grandchildren, Remington, Wyatt, Alonzo, Luca and Olivia; and his siblings, Judy Greene (Twyman Greene), Barbara Clevenger (Johnny), Bonnie Sewell (Craig), Paul Greene (Barbara Ann), David Greene (Bonnie), Alan Greene (Barbara Greene) and Jimmy Greene (Robin).
