He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mills and Geneva Mills; and his siblings, Jack, Steve, Dewayne Mills and Debra Everhart (Mills).
He is survived by: his children, Amanda Strickland of Martinsburg, WV, Jack Mills (Christy) of Stephens City, VA, Coree Mills of Martinsburg, WV, Virginia Mills of Martinsburg, WV, Rachal Mills of Jacksonville, NC and Dylan Mills of Jacksonville, NC.; and his brother Lynn Mills of Martinsburg, WV. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
