She is survived by: her husband David Wayne Lewis; her sons, Kevin Charles Lewis (Sara) and Bryan David Lewis; her grandchildren, Jackson David Lewis, Adeline Diane Lewis and Benjamin Richard Lewis; and her sister Kathy Hallenbeck. She is also survived by her cousins, niece, nephew and dear friends.
