She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Baker and Betty Mahoney Baker; her husbands, Benny E. Alexander and Ricky A. Hoover; and her brother Nelson Pierce, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Benny E. Alexander of Stephenson and Brandon M. Alexander (Barbara Harrison) of Martinsburg; her grandsons, Brenton of Winchester, Brantley of Winchester and Grayson Alexander of Winchester; and her siblings, Patricia A. Pierce of Winchester, Brenda S. Baker of Winchester, Linda L. Carter of Bunker Hill and Richard C. Baker of Winchester. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
