She is survived by : her parents, Wesley Harlow and Rosemarie Harlow; her husband Jim Parker; her brother Wesley Harlow, Jr. (Heida) of New Market, MD; her mother-in-law Jean Fisher of Martinsburg, WV; her siblings-in-law, Laurie Golden (Ed) of Upper Marlboro, MD, Wally Parker (Misty) of Springfield, VA, Doug Parker (Nikki) of Frederick, MD and John Parker of Silver Spring, MD; her stepchildren, Katie Parker of Ashburn, VA, Stephanie Parker of Nashville, TN and Nick Parker of Ashburn, VA; her uncle James Harbell, Sr. (Elizabeth) of Hagerstown, MD; and her cousins, Pamela Harbell-Poffenburger (Eby) of Hagerstown, MD, James Harbell, Jr. (Mel) of Hagerstown, MD and Andrea Anderson (Eric) of Severn, MD.
