With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Michael Conley of Stephenson, Virginia, who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, John is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that John's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Truman Conley and Lora Dorothy Conley; and his sister Doris Ann Curry. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn June; his children, Tamara Diane Moore of Stephens City, VA and Thomas John Conley (Summer) of Winchester; and his grandchildren, Austin Thomas Conley, Trenton John Conley, Trevor Leon Conley and Averianna Grace Moore.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601).
