She is survived by: her children, Carol Karagiorgis and Stephen Apostol, III of Rockville, MD; her granddaughters, Kristina and Nicole Karagiorgis; her brother-in-law George (Fran Apostol); and her son-in-law Angelo (Sally Karagiorgis).
