It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Imler of Sterling, Virginia, who passed away on January 29, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Darl S. Imler and Marie Imler; and his brother Richard Imler. He is survived by: his wife Linda "Hengst" Imler; his children, Joseph Q. Imler II (Mary) of Sterling, VA and Nicole (Alex) of Charles Town, WV.; his grandsons, Zachary, Brady (Anna), Hunter (Abby), Jacob Justina (Vanessa), Matthew and Michael; his great grandchildren, Damian, Jayden, Amelia, Melody and Axel; his sister Barbara Saturnino (Denny) of Park City, UT; and his sisters-in-law, Nellie Smith of Imler, PA, Christine Imler of Shellsburg and Carol Hengst of Hazelton, PA.
