It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sheila Anne Chenard in Sterling, Virginia, who passed away on April 3, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Croughan and John Croughan; her husband John Chenard; and her sister Maureen. She is survived by: her close friends, Renie Tharp (McCarthy), Joan "Cork" Coughlin, Elizabeth "Tucky" Mahoney (White) and Barbara Anne "Barbie" Mureddu (Monticone); her sister Joan; her sons, John (Michele), Chris (Carrie) and Michael (Kathy); her grandchildren, Allison, Matthew, Evan, Natalie, Riley, Emily, Claire and Jack; her niece Sheila Gray; and her nephews, Tim and Steve Willenbucher.
