It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Ward Sr. of Stony Creek, Virginia, who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his father Gaines Ward; and his brother Clarence Ward. He is survived by : his wife Melanie; his children, Rebekah Ward (Bill), Micaela Ward and Mike Ward, Jr. (Taylor); his grandchildren, Angel, Thiago, Alexis, Jordan, Ryan, Liam, Peyten, Paige and Paisley; his mother Brenda Saunders; and his siblings, Patricia Saunders, Brenda Lee Castner, Tony Ward and Mark Ward. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
