We are sad to announce that on June 30, 2023, at the age of 84, David Warren Gandy of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Dixon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, James V. Gandy and Marvel Hobbs Gandy; his wife Judith Ann Scarbrough Gandy; his children, David C. Gandy and Janean R. Crown of Strasburg; his daughter-in-law Terry Gandy of Fredericksburg; his grandsons, David Gandy (Sylvia), Matthew Gandy (Sabrina), Michael Williams (Kelsey), Kenneth Williams (Ash), Jason Williams (Brianna) and Christopher Williams (Brooklyn); and his great grandchildren, Madison, Logan, Jacob and Raelyn. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
