It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Ritenour of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on October 20, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Taylor and Betty Marie Jenkins Ritenour; and his wife Peggy Ann Ricketts Ritenour. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Smigielski of Mississippi and Mary Ritenour Stone of Springfield, VA; his grandchildren, Caden, Joel, Jack and Ethan; his sister Susan Ritenour (Glen Rickard) of Strasburg, VA; and his stepsisters, Toni Coffman and Anita Strosnider. He is also survived by one stepson and four step-grandchildren.
