Isaac Joseph Forman Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Isaac Joseph Forman of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Cambridge, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 19, 2025 at the age of 39. He was predeceased by: his mother Cheryl Bakos Forman; and his grandmother Bonnie Bakos. He is survived by: his wife Christy; his sons, Ezra and Archer; his father David Forman of Cambridge, OH; his brother Ethan Forman (Heather) of Cambridge; his sibling's children, Ellarose, Josie and Silas; his grandfather Michael Bakos; his uncle Jim Bakos; and his aunt Paula Bakos. He is also survived by many cousins, in-laws, and long-time friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stover Funeral Home (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Bosco Catholic Church (315 N Main St, Woodstock, VA 22664).
