She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Walton and Velma Margaret Bowman Himelright; and her brother James Himelright. She is survived by: her husband James Ray Ballowe, Sr. of Strasburg, VA; her children, James Ray Ballowe, Jr. (Peggy) of Fort Valley, VA, Terry Allan Ballowe (Peggy T.) of Edinburg, VA and Lynda Leigh Ballowe (Bill Hart) of Norfolk, VA; her grandchildren, Moriah Creech, Jadah Ballowe and Sonya Broadway; her great grandchildren, Eli, Baylen, Lorelai, Skylar, Kodah, Samuel, Isaac, Joe and Jasper; and her sister-in-law Gloria Himelright. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
