He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Raymond "Pop" and Doris Eileen Watts Talley; and his sister Carolyn Talley Womack. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Grant Talley; his children, Courtney Parker (Matthew), Jeremiah Jenkins (Sarah) and Kara Taylor (Kevin); his grandchildren, Morgan, Mackenzie, Kaitlin, Lucas and Meredith; his great grandchild Parker; and his brother Wayland Talley.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Stover Funeral Home (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
