He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Wilby and Katie Catherine Laffollette Hodson; and his siblings, William Hodson, Albert Hodson, Harold Lee Hodson and Retha Hodson Miller.
He is survived by: his sister Mary Mowery of Strasburg, VA. He is also survived by nine nephews and six nieces.
