With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Franklin of Strasburg, Virginia, who passed away on October 21, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Lee and Rowena Faith Dixon Burroughs; and her husband Charles David Franklin. She is survived by : her son Matthew Franklin of Strasburg, VA; and her siblings, Paul Burroughs (Barbara) of Stephens City, VA, Perry Burroughs of Middletown, VA and Pamela Burroughs of Winchester, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial may be made in memory of Mrs. Franklin to a charity of one's choice.
