It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Victor Orman Marcellus of Strasburg, Virginia, born in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Virgil "Slim" Marcellus and Lois Kirkpatrick Marcellus; his former life partners, Marge Beach Marcellus and Carolyn Norwood Marcellus; and his siblings, Roger Marcellus and Edythe Mousley.

He is survived by : his sister Iva "Ikie" Wharton (Archie) of New Jersey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
