He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Arthur and Bessie Ryman Clem; and his brothers, William, Shelby and Buster Clem.
He is survived by: his wife Wilda Cooper Clem; his children, Debbie Miller (Mike), Dee Clem and Doug Clem (Debbie); his grandchildren, Bradlee Miller (Miranda), Ryan Miller (Marissa) and Noah Clem; his great grandchildren, Greyson, Rory J., Reign and Rory H.; and his sisters, Judy Drummond and Janet Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stover Funeral Home (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Stover Funeral Home Chapel (177 N Holliday St, Strasburg, VA 22657).
