He is survived by: his mother Jacquelyn Mae Herbaugh (Fenneman); his wife Joy Elizabeth Herbaugh (Williams); his daughters, Katie Lynn Herbaugh of Tom's Brook and Sarah Mae Herbaugh of Woodstock, Virginia; his stepchildren, Zachary Crouse of Pensacola, Matthew Hollar (Shannon) of Reidsville, Georgia, Caitlin Hollar (Daren) of Gore and Amie Pilgrim (Jarrad) of Fort Washington, Maryland; his grandchildren, Keegan-Michael, Kinslee and Dominic; his stepgrandchildren, Jackson, Hayley, Christian, Antonio, Owen and Charlotte; and his siblings, Susan Ritter (John) of Front Royal, Virginia and Mark Herbaugh of Jacksonville.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Laurel Hill Christian Church (378 Laurel Hill Way, Strasburg, VA 22641).
